Brig Fazle Qadir (Late)
(April 2011 to March 2013)

Brigadier (R) Fazli Qadir (Late) was the founding Principal of Cadet College Swat, a visionary leader whose dedication and foresight laid the cornerstone of this esteemed institution. A proud officer of the Pakistan Army, he belonged to the 25th PMA Long Course and passed out from the Pakistan Military Academy on April 21, 1962, as CSUO Fazle Qadir, recipient of the prestigious Sword of Honour. He was commissioned into the 9 Frontier Force (Wildes) Regiment, where he served with distinction, earning admiration for his professionalism, integrity, and leadership. After a distinguished career in the Army, Brigadier Fazli Qadir retired with honor and took on the noble responsibility of establishing Cadet College Swat. As its first Principal, he infused the college with discipline, purpose, and a deep commitment to holistic education. His emphasis on character building, academic excellence, and co-curricular engagement became the guiding principles of the institution — principles that continue to shape its identity today. Brigadier Fazli Qadir’s legacy lives on in the corridors of Cadet College Swat and in the lives of countless cadets and colleagues who were inspired by his example. His contributions to both the Pakistan Army and the field of education remain a lasting source of pride and respect.
