1. Payment of Fee
- Fee will be charged term wise in advance w.e.f 1st April for Class-VIII and for Class-XI, 1st July of the year of entry.
- After every subsequent year, all charges will be increased by 10% to 15% per annum.
- While keeping the fee structure of Cadet College Swat compatible with other renowned cadet colleges in the country, every effort is made to cater for the socio-economic conditions of the people of Malakand Division in particular and rest of Pakistan in general. Like all other cadet colleges, these are revised periodically keeping in mind the existing price index in the market and continuous rise in inflation.
- Fee is received term wise. It has three academic terms; the fee is due before the start of the term.
- Students getting new admissions will pay admission fee, college development fund and security deposit (refundable subject to discipline) in addition to the regular expenses such as tuition fee & funds, hostel/messing, examination and medical charges for the first term.
- A period of 30 days from the date of issue shall be allowed for payment of dues.

3. Other Expenses for the Year
- Clothing, Footwear, Books & Stationery, Saddle, club, non-educational traveling, postage, photographs, movie, registration for BISE exams etc.
- All intentional and accidental breakage, misuse of college property and personal items repair and maintenance will be charged accordingly.
4. Late Payment of Fee
- Rs. 50/- per day for first 10 days
- Rs. 100/- per day for next 10 days
- Rs. 500/- per day for next 10 days
If the fee is not received within the first 2 months of the term, the cadet will be liable to suspension until deposit of outstanding dues. Struck-off cadets will lose documents until recovery of dues. Readmission, if approved, will be charged Rs. 10,000/- in addition to outstanding dues.
5. Fee Rules
- The fee should be paid online / Bank Draft / Pay Orders or in cash (cheques not acceptable).
- Draft/Pay Order in favour of “Principal, Cadet College Swat”. Cadet’s number, class and name must be mentioned.
- Cash fee only with Bursar/Accountant against receipt.
- If fee remains unpaid by due date, late fee will be charged. Unpaid for 1 month → name struck off. Re-admission requires penalty and Principal’s approval.
- No cadet can appear in exams unless accounts are settled.
6. Withdrawal Before Joining
- New candidates (Class VIII & XI): 50% admission fee, 1st term fee, and kit items will be deducted if withdrawn before joining.
- Old cadets promoted to Class XI but withdrawn: Rs. 20,000/- promotion fee deducted.
- Direct entry cadet with lump sum self-finance for XI & XII: one year refunded if withdrawn before start of Class XII.
7. Late Arrival & Early Termination
On withdrawal on medical ground, on request, or if terminated on discipline/academics → only current term fee charged. Mess charges will be actual usage based.
